Steel shot blasting

Components that need further processing, whether they are in the form of starting material or finished work pieces, must as a rule be absolutely clean. By clean we mean that they are free of scale, rust or other contaminants. Shot blasting is a guaranteed, economical and ecologically-friendly way of doing this. We use steel shot as the blasting agent to achieve the best possible cleaned surfaces. This is the precondition for subsequently applying a coating that adheres well, protects against corrosion and meets demanding visual requirements. Our brand-new unit is designed for the shot blasting of sheets, plates, pipes and profiles. It has a throughput opening of from 2,600 mm in width and 650 mm in height.
